Sa conformité aux différents tests non feu européens (M2, B1, Class1) le positionne comme une solution textile majeure pour les réalisations de brise vue de pare-brise de bateau ou pour la confection de housse de protection.
Etanchéité parfaite, une très bonne stabilité dimensionnelle, une résistance optimale aux moisissures et un entretien facile.

Strataglass bénéficie depuis de nombreuses années d’une reconnaissance internationale dans le milieu du nautisme. Ses qualités sont reconnues notamment en terme de durabilité. Le process de fabrication et la formulation spécifique de Strataglass lui confèrent des performances qui font la différence avec d’autres feuilles transparentes : enduction de surface anti-rayures, transparence et vision exceptionnelles, résistance aux salissures, longévité.
Enduction de surface anti-rayures
Une finition spéciale prévient des rayures susceptibles d’être provoquées lors du lavage, des manipulations et par les sangles de rangement. Elle évite également les brûlures causées par le frottement sur les arceaux en inox.
Transparence
Le procédé de fabrication exclusif par pressage fait disparaître toutes les imperfections (bulles d’air, plis). Strataglass offre une vision parfaite quels que soient l’angle et les conditions atmosphériques, ainsi qu’une résistance au vieillissement, provoqué par l’action des UV, nettement supérieure aux autres vitrages souples. Il garantit une transparence inégalée.
Résistance aux salissures
Le pressage permet également d’obtenir une surface lisse qui, associée à une enduction de surface, empêche l’accumulation d’impuretés (pollutions atmosphériques diverses, traces d’écoulements. Il prolonge la durée de vie du vitrage et évite le jaunissement.

Strataglass bénéficie depuis de nombreuses années d’une reconnaissance internationale dans le milieu du nautisme. Ses qualités sont reconnues notamment en terme de durabilité. Le process de fabrication et la formulation spécifique de Strataglass lui confèrent des performances qui font la différence avec d’autres feuilles transparentes : enduction de surface anti-rayures, transparence et vision exceptionnelles, résistance aux salissures, longévité.
Enduction de surface anti-rayures
Une finition spéciale prévient des rayures susceptibles d’être provoquées lors du lavage, des manipulations et par les sangles de rangement. Elle évite également les brûlures causées par le frottement sur les arceaux en inox.
Transparence
Le procédé de fabrication exclusif par pressage fait disparaître toutes les imperfections (bulles d’air, plis). Strataglass offre une vision parfaite quels que soient l’angle et les conditions atmosphériques, ainsi qu’une résistance au vieillissement, provoqué par l’action des UV, nettement supérieure aux autres vitrages souples. Il garantit une transparence inégalée.
Résistance aux salissures
Le pressage permet également d’obtenir une surface lisse qui, associée à une enduction de surface, empêche l’accumulation d’impuretés (pollutions atmosphériques diverses, traces d’écoulements. Il prolonge la durée de vie du vitrage et évite le jaunissement.

Conseils de mise en oeuvre
Strataglass peut-être assemblé par couture ou par soudure à haute fréquence.
